Birds Molting and Cranky!
Today, Jubilee, Venus, and Jupiter are all molting. As a result they are extra grouchy. The only one that doesn’t try to nip me is Miss Jubilee. She just sits quiely on me and preens all those nasty feather sheaths away. I, wearing a black turtleneck shirt, look like I have very bad dandruff! LOL.
If I remember in the morning, I’m going to try to soak each bird. Then they can get rid of those itchy feather sheaths. I know Jubilee, Venus ad Jupiter will enjoy the shower. Liberty is very opposed to such things but occasionally, surprises me and slowly spreads out his wings for at least a heavy misting.
